I am #4 and we are all in this together with our Bridegroom who will never leave us or forsake us. Eating less, moving more, and eating healthy pure food is our challenge and we can do it one meal at a time! Forget your past errors and move forward to good health..."Dear Father God, We exalt you and thank you for your love, mercy, protection, and faithfullness. We ask that you would help us in our desire to live better and healthier lives for You. We thank you for your Holy Spirit who is our Comforter and our guide and we depend on him to help us in our time of need. Help us to not feel guilty when we fall but rather to pick ourselves us, dust ourselves off, and begin again. Remind us that we are made in the image of Christ. We ask this through your son Jesus Christ. Amen.
